Jackery Manufacturer Warranty

1. Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Jackery Inc. provides a limited manufacturer warranty to the original consumer purchaser of Jackery products sold by Beyond Grid Co, an authorized retailer.

Jackery warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for the applicable warranty period listed below.

This warranty is provided directly by Jackery, not Beyond Grid Co. Jackery is solely responsible for all warranty service, claims, repairs, replacements, or refunds.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty coverage.

5-Year Warranty (Total)

• Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus Series
  
  
• Select high-end Jackery models when purchased through an authorized retailer and, where required, registered for extended coverage
  
  

3 + 2 Year Warranty (Total)

• Jackery HomePower Series
  
  
• Jackery Explorer Plus Series
  
  
• Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus, 300 Plus, and other eligible Pro/Plus models when registered for extended warranty
  
  

2 + 1 Year Warranty (Total)

• Jackery 1500 / 1000 / 500 / 300 / 240 / 160 Series
  
  
• SolarSaga 200W / 100W / 80W solar panels and related accessories when registered for extended warranty
  
  

Renewed Products

• 6-month limited warranty
  
  

Some extended warranty coverage requires product registration on Jackery’s website.

3. Repair, Replacement, or Refund

During the applicable warranty period, Jackery may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
  
  
• Replace the product
  
  
• Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
  
  

Any repaired or replacement product carries the remaining portion of the original warranty.

4. Original Purchaser Only

This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Exclusions

Jackery’s warranty does not apply to:

• Products that are misused, abused, modified, or damaged by accident
  
  
• Use outside normal consumer use as described in Jackery documentation
  
  
• Products repaired or opened by unauthorized service providers
  
  
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or auction platforms
  
  
• Battery cells that are not:
  
  
• Fully charged within 7 days of purchase
  
  
• Charged at least once every 6 months thereafter
  
  

6. Warranty Claims

All warranty claims, service requests, and approvals are handled directly by Jackery.

Beyond Grid Co does not perform warranty repairs or replacements.

Customers may be required to contact Jackery support and provide proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
